Bonjour,

Je cherche à créer un sondage et l’envoyer à un grand groupe (environ 200 personnes). Je vois l’onglet sur la barre du haut dans mon compte Nubo. Cependant je ne vois pas l’option pour créer un nouveau sondage. Quelqu’un serait m’aider ?

En plus de cela, je vois dans la documentation de Nextcloud qu’il y a une option de création de formulaire : Forms - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud. En plus de l’option sondage, quelqu’un sait s’il m’est-il possible de rajouté cette fonctionalité à mon compte Nubo ?

Pour la création de nouveaux sondages, ça fonctionnait la semaine dernière, mais le bouton pour en créer de nouveaux semble avoir disparu. C’est donc un bug. J’ai remonté l’info à l’équipe technique, j’espère que ce sera résolu bientôt.

Pour l’application formulaires, le cloud Nubo ne permet pas d’installer soi-même des applications supplémentaires, c’est une instance partagée, donc les applications apparaissent pour tout le monde. Les services peuvent évoluer et des applications ajoutées, il est prévu que les coopérateurs puissent proposer de nouvelles choses (en AG par exemple). L’idée est de ne pas ajouter des choses qui peuvent compromettre la stabilité des services ou couter trop cher.

Je ne sais pas encore comment ça peut s’organiser, surtout que l’application Forms n’a pas l’air trop lourde. Je pense qu’on a déjà eu une ou deux demandes pour cette application-là. Je vais en parler en équipe pour voir si on propose une manière de faire.

Bonjour Scorpion,

On a bien pris en note ton désir d’app.
On est en réflexion sur comment choisir les applications Nextcloud à activer (discussion avec coop / vote / lors d’une assemblée / dans un post sur Agora / …).

On se doit quand même d’être prudent sur celles qu’on choisit.
Une application qui a un bug peut casser complètement le cloud pour tout le monde (et j’en ai vu depuis que je m’occupe des clouds).
L’autre point est que chaque application ajoutée alourdit un peu plus l’utilisation du cloud.

Mais donc, cela pour dire qu’on a bien pris note de ton désiderata et qu’on reviendra asap vers tous les coops à ce sujet.
